Our Strategic Goals

  • Systemic Equity Advocacy

    Collaborate with stakeholders, advocate for policy changes, and establish partnerships to address systemic racial barriers in British Columbia's communities.

  • Advancement of Black-Centered Research and Education

    Facilitate research, integrate black-centered curricula, and organize educational events to promote black histories, cultures, and contributions in British Columbia.

  • Public Awareness and Narrative Shaping

    Develop awareness campaigns, share authentic narratives through media, and engage in community outreach to promote understanding and dispel stereotypes.

  • Cultural and Intercultural Community-Building

    Organize cultural events, facilitate intercultural exchange programs, and establish community centers to promote unity, understanding, and cultural expression among communities.

  • Capacity Building and Empowerment

    Develop training programs, establish mentorship initiatives, and collaborate with businesses to empower black individuals and foster leadership and employment opportunities.

  • Collaborative Partnerships

    Forge partnerships, engage in dialogue, and foster international collaborations to amplify collective impact and advance racial justice for black individuals.
