If you need our help, please fill in this form.

Using technology (e.g., email) to communicate carries risks. If you contact us via the internet (such as email or our website), we cannot guarantee that the information you send will remain confidential. If you are not comfortable emailing us this form, please call us instead.

If you send us an email, fill out this form, or contact us in any other way, this does not mean that we are your lawyers or legal representatives. It does not create a solicitor‐client relationship. You do not become our client unless and until we agree to represent you. If we agree to represent you, we will enter into a written agreement with you.

After emailing this form to BCBAS, someone will contact you by phone or email within three (3) working days. However, if you indicate that your case or situation is urgent, we may respond within 24 hours.

We may:

  • Give you legal information
  • Give you legal advice
  • Help you represent yourself
  • Represent you for all or some of your case
  • Refer you to another person or organization

The type of service we provide depends on factors such as the nature of your legal problem, your income, and your assets.

Thank you for contacting Intake at BCBAS.

We recognize that finding culturally appropriate support, especially during a difficult or overwhelming time, can be challenging. While we are starting the intake process for your matter, we want to ensure you have access to immediate, trauma-informed support.
